Replacement and Damaged Item Return Policy

  • Any item(s) received by the customer in damaged condition (bent, creased, or otherwise imperfect), due to carelessness by the shipping company will be eligible for a replacement of the identical item only – free of charge.
  • If you receive a damaged item(s), you must notify us within 7 days of when you received the product to qualify for an identical replacement. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your replacement.
  • Replacement item(s) will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
  • Please email us via our website to initiate a replacement. Provide your order number and customer name, as well as reason for the replacement. We will reply within 24 hours which will enable us to proceed with the replacement.
